Boitumelo Tlhapi is the Operations Manager at Growth Vision Kamano, where he leads the coordination and execution of all operational and project-related activities, particularly in the supply, installation, and maintenance of conveyor systems for the mining sector.
With over seven years of industry experience, Boitumelo is known for managing complex supply chains, aligning teams with project goals, and ensuring client satisfaction in demanding environments like the Bojanala Platinum District.
He began his career as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner and holds a BSc Honours in Environmental Sciences. He is registered in this field, with a strong foundation in sustainability and regulatory compliance that continues to inform his operational strategy.
Boitumelo has also contributed to community-based environmental projects and the development of sustainable technologies, reflecting his passion for innovation that balances productivity with long-term impact.

Business Development Manager
